Where do you start? After doing everything the wrong way after my first son I contacted Samala for some pregnancy workouts and have not looked back since! Couldn't recommend her more. Post pregnancy all the workouts are geared towards strengthening the right muscles and no workout is the same - great if you get bored easily like me.
