We all know how important it is to exercise during pregnancy but equally there are more barriers that can stand in the way when it comes to getting your pregnancy training session in.

There is real truth when I say exercising will give you more energy, it will benefit your baby ( more oxygen flow to the placenta ) and it will also have a positive effect on your mind. Training during pregnancy will also have a profound affect on your ability to cope with labor and your postnatal outcome.
So, you might not be feeling the prenatal glow but you can definitely create some!

All you need is a bit of space, a comfortable surface ( a mat or rug is fine) and some comfortable exercise clothes ( you could even do this in your pj’s)

THE MINI GLOW
You will do each exercise in a row (30-45 seconds on each exercise) you will then rest for 60-90 seconds before completing a second round, rest and a final third round.

Press ups

Side planks

Add a few of your favourite stretches at the end and you’ll be on your way to a fitter pregnancy and a better postnatal outcome.
